Program Structure
- Monday (9AM-12PM): Disease Concept of Addiction & Stages of Recovery
- Wednesday (9AM-12PM): Trauma-Informed Therapy (Gender-Specific)
- Thursday (9AM-12PM): Relapse Prevention & Mindfulness
- Family Education Sessions: Optional family support and education

Who Can Join?
- Eligibility:
Our program is open to adults ages 18 and older who are seeking support in their recovery journey.
- Referrals Accepted:
We welcome referrals from a variety of sources, including court systems. This means if treatment has been recommended or required through a legal process, individuals are eligible to join.
- Stepped Care:
We provide care as a step-down level of treatment. This is ideal for individuals who are transitioning from higher levels of care such as:
- Detox – the initial stage where substances are safely removed from the body.
- Residential treatment – a structured, live-in program providing 24/7 support.
- PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) – a highly intensive, full-day treatment program that does not require overnight stays.
- Our program is designed to support individuals as they move forward from these higher levels of care into a more flexible but still supportive environment.
What to Expect When Starting IOP
We start with a brief and confidential phone screening to understand your needs and determine the best level of care. If our program is the right fit, we’ll schedule a comprehensive intake and begin building a personalized recovery plan with you.
For clients participating in medication-supported recovery (such as buprenorphine or other MAT programs), our clinical team collaborates closely with your prescribing provider to ensure safe tapering and ongoing support. To graduate successfully, clients are expected to demonstrate sustained progress and meet program goals under medical supervision.

We believe that quality treatment should be within reach. Our program is designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care at an affordable cost.
- Insurance Coverage: We accept most forms of private insurance and Medicaid CMOs (Care Management Organizations), which may help reduce out-of-pocket expenses.
- Flexible Payment Options: For those paying directly, we also accept HSA (Health Savings Accounts), FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts), and self-pay.
This flexibility ensures that individuals and families can access the care they need without unnecessary financial barriers. Our admissions team can work with you to review your benefits, explain coverage, and find the most affordable option for your situation.
